A Manager In Training will come in with an established career plan on becoming a strong manager.
This role is very important, he or she is responsible for assisting the store manager with the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Implement strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
Ensure customer needs are met, complains are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
Maintain store appearance to company standards and supervise all staff in the absence of the store manager.
This is a full time position:
40 hours a week - 5 days a week with mandatory weekend hours.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE is a responsible individual, who enjoys working with animals, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and engaging in sales.

years of recent experience working as Co-Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Key Holder, and familiar with standard concepts and practices related to retail store management.
Prior experience in the Pet product/Animal field is a plus, but not a must.
SALARY INFORMATION We offer a competitive weekly base pay for a 40 hour week, plus bonus opportunities.
