Pure Tech Waters of America Pure Tech Waters of America West Hartford, CT West Hartford, CT Full-time Full-time $45,000 - $55,000 a year $45,000 - $55,000 a year Maximum Beverage, a renowned Central and Eastern Connecticut wine, spirits and gourmet retail group is seeking store managers for Stores located in West Hartford, Farmington, and Tolland.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the co-management of the general operations of the store including the supervision of retail associates, coaching and training of retail associates, performance of cash control duties, back-up of register operation, wine and spirits order management and receiving, periodic larger deliveries, social media videos promoting the store and ad hoc coverage for other store managers in other two locations when needed (covering vacations, etc) The ideal candidate should have 2
years in retail management/supervision (retail store, wine and spirits store or a restaurant), excellent customer service ability, strong supervisory skills, excellent coaching and communications skills, extensive wine and spirits knowledge and the ability to move 40 lbs.
Must be willing to work on Saturdays and holidays and occasional evenings.
