Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and suppliers.
Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication via phone, e-mail, and in person.
Maintains all office supplies including ordering, replenishing, and reporting on inventory.
Maintains office equipment including printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in similar role preferred.
(Recommended) Must be highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; with a sense of urgency.
