Responsibilities Manage office operations and general administrative duties.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain contact lists, filing systems, and databases.
Create and update records for all employees and documents in a timely manner.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Assist in the development of new office policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the legal team when needed.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in office procedures or products or materials.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain contact lists, files, databases, correspondence, contracts, etc.
