Summary:
oTo increase awareness of the Paul Davis brandoTo promote the services of Paul DavisoTo build industry relationships
Responsibilities:
oBuild strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling oOrganize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits oManage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP) oEnsure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards oUtilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes oCollaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager oManage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly oAttend business networking functions to promote the business oCoordinate and manage community and charitable events oSchedule, manage, and present Continuing Education coursesoResearch local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up oAttend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested oAny other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basisSkills and Knowledge:

Qualifications:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
