Manager, Consolidations

Our client a world class, global, publicly traded company is looking for a Consolidations Manager.

Are you in public accounting and want to make a move to private? The client is open to a senior/manager candidate out of Big 4 that has audited global publicly traded companies within construction, distribution or manufacturing.
- Analyze consolidated and divisional financial results, including operating results, balance sheet fluctuations and cash flow.
- Preparation of monthly and half-yearly financial package for Executive and Corporate Management.
Compile and maintain supporting schedules related to reporting (including consolidated income statement, balance sheet, equity reconciliation, cash flow statement, tax proof & appendices)- Liaison with accounting and tax departments, as well as internal and external auditors.
Preparation of consolidated figures for budget, forecast & long term planning processes- Ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them through to completion.
- Work on the synergy between accounting and operating initiatives to achieve the company's objectives - Perform on a proactive basis dedicated analysis to ensure GAAP compliance throughout the consolidation scope.
- Perform variance and financial analysis of results at the consolidated level as well as by location.
- Provide with high quality pre- analysis to facilitate business control function.
- Partnering with accounting in order to ensure proper closing.
- Hyperion experience- Publicly traded Construction/Distribution/Manufacturing experience Recommended Skills Construction Finance Financial Analysis Forecasting Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Income Statement Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
