The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience and is seeking a long-term employment opportunity.
Must have experience using Microsoft Office, and a strong attention to detail required.
Familiarity with law firm billing software (Clio) and court electronic filing systems preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Manage law firm calendar, including appointments and court deadlines; Communicate effectively with existing and future clients, as well as opposing counsel's offices, court personnel, expert witnesses, and others; Pay vendors, payroll management, and bookkeeping; File papers with the court, arrange for service of process, booking court reporters; Client intake processes, including conflicts checks, preparing client retention agreements, opening/closing files, and monthly billing; Office management, including ordering office supplies; and Assist attorneys with legal matters.
Full-time employment, 37.
5 hour week, Monday through Friday.
Paid vacation and sick leave, compensation commensurate with experience, $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, with bonus potential.
