Operating Partner
As a Restaurant Operating Partner (General Manager), you will be the key to fulfilling our promise to make every guests' visit a memorable celebration of exceptional food, wine and personalized service. You must be well versed in all processes and positions, front and back of house, in addition to managing P&L and other financials. Your main focus, however, will be on fine-tuning the guest experience and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for each and every guest, as you will serve as the face of your restaurant.
Chef Partner
A Chef Partner oversees daily restaurant operations related to our kitchen and food preparation areas. From managing kitchen staff and inventory to ensuring that our guests are served exceptional meals every time, your leadership skills and commitment to first-rate cooking will be the key to delivering on our promise of delivering exceptional cuisine and service.
